The Congress official language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Liability
In registering for the conference, participants agree that neither the Scientific Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat assumes any liability. Participants should therefore organize their own health and travel insurance.

Invitation Letter
An Invitation letter will be sent to congress participants who have already registered, if requested. This letter will be used only for the purpose of getting permission from institutions they are engaged and it will not provide any financial profit to the participant.

Visa Requirements
Participants are requested to check with the Turkish Consulate in their home country or with their travel agency or at www.mfa.gov.tr for visa requirements. Entry visa to Turkey can also be obtained at Antalya Airport for a number of countries.

Banking And Exchange Facilities
Currency is the Turkish Lira. Foreign money can be changed at banks during normal business days (09.00-17.00 Monday - Friday) as well as at hotels, at the airport and in exchange offices. Exchange rates are set daily by the Central Bank. All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops. Automated bank machines are available at many points throughout the city and at the airport.

Name Badges
All participants and accompanying persons must carry their name badges at the meeting halls, the exhibition center, during social activities for a smooth and secure congress.

Exhibition Area
Industrial exhibition area will be open during the whole congress.

Certificate of Attendance
An official "Certificate of Attendance" will be provided for all registered delegates from registration desk at the end of the congress.

Transfers
Airport - Hotel - Airport Transfer request form and transfer rates will be announced at the web site after 1st of February.

Since hotel location is not available for public transportation the alternative way to reach the hotel is taking a taxi. Participants can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. All taxis have taximeters and it costs 35 EUR approximately.
