Above prices include 3 nights’ accommodation (March 25, 2009 check-in – March 28, 2009 check-out). Accommodation will be all inclusive basis.

Participants who will not stay at Wow Topkapı Palace have to pay 25.-Euro per person/per day additional to registration fee in order to enter Wow Topkapı Palace.

AIRPORT-HOTEL TRANSFERS
Airport – Hotel – Airport Transfer request form and transfer rates will be announced at the web site after 1st of February.

Since hotel location is not available for public transportation the alternative way to reach the hotel is taking a taxi. Participants can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. All taxis have taximeters and it costs 35 EUR approximately.
